Now hiring for the following positions:
Director of Nursing:Accountable for the overall clinical, administrative and management of all nursing services within the hospital. Responsible for instituting policies and procedures and monitoring patient care to ensure the highest quality of care is given. In addition, you will use your healthcare-management experience to effectively plan, lead and organize the nursing staff in accordance with current federal and state guidelines and regulations.
Director of Finance:The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial management of the hospital’s operations. The Director demonstrates sound financial management skills and provides leadership and coordination in the financial, cash flow planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the hospital. The Director also directly supervises the Accounting Manager and other financial staff and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these areas. Minimum of a B.A., ideally with an MBA/CPA or related degree with at least 7-10 years of overall professional experience required. Broad hospital financial and operations management experience is preferred.
Cardiac Services Manager: Responsible for direction of Cardiac Services including Short Stay, Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab. Administers, plans, directs and evaluates the activities to ensure quality patient care. Develops positive working relationships with physicians and staff. RN or RCVT with a minimum of five years Cath or EP Lab experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Current BLS and ACLS required.
Case Manager: PRN, days with possible call. Registered nurse with 3-5 years’ experience in an acute care setting required. Prefer Case Management certification and Quality experience.
Critical Care: Full-time, nights. 2-5 years ICU experience and ACLS required, CCRN preferred. Must be competent in the care of pulmonary, diabetic, heart cath and critical care patients.
Emergency:Full-time, days. 3-5 years emergency room or critical care experience required. Cardiology experience strongly preferred. BLS, ACLS and PALS required. TNCC or ENPC preferred.
Electrophysiology (EP): Full-time, days. 2-3 years of combined Cath Lab and EP experience required. Must have ability to run ER Recording System and take measurements during procedure. Experience running stimulator equipment is preferred.
Cath Lab: Full-time days, with call. 3 years of Cath Lab experience required. EP experience is preferred. BLS and ACLS required.
Surgery: Full-time, part-time and PRN days with call. 2 years of circulating experience in orthopedics, spine and ENT procedures preferred.
PACU: PRN, days with call. 2 years’ experience in PACU or ICU required. Must be competent in care of pre-op and post-op orthopedics, cardiac, urology, plastics and spine patients. Knowledge of ASPAN standards of care. Current BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
Cardiac Cath Tech: Full-time days, will STEMI call. ARRT, MRT with 2-3 years’ experience in an interventional lab scrubbing and monitoring emergent PCI and diagnostic hearth caths required. EP experience is preferred. BLS and ACLS required.
Electrophysiology Tech: Full-time, days. RCIS with 2 years EP experience required. BLS and ACLS required.
MRI/CT/Rad Technologist: PRN, weekend nights. ARRT with 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting performing CTs and MRIs required. BLS certification required.
CT/Rad Tech: Full-time, days and weekends. ARRT, MRT with 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting required. Proficient in CT-CT Angiography and Radiology procedures. Able to perform with little or no supervision.
Physical Therapist: PRN, day. Texas license or in process of obtaining license required. New graduates accepted. Acute care and outpatient ortho experience preferred.
Social Worker: PRN with call. 2-3 years acute care experience in a hospital setting required. Knowledge of discharge planning, psychiatric assessment and referrals, assessment of patient and family needs, social services planning and referrals to appropriate agencies and facilities required. LMSW preferred.
MLT or MT: PRN, nights. Generalist with 2 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory required. MT/MLT required. ASCP certified or equivalent.
Hand Therapist: PRN. OT or PT license, CHT certification and 5 years experience required.
Purchasing Coordinator: Full-time, days. High school degree or equivalent. 2 years’ experience in materials management purchasing with knowledge of medical supplies required. Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word required. Healthcare inventory management experience preferred. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Patient Care Tech-Med/Surg: Full-time, nights. 2 years’ experience as a patient care provider in an acute care setting required. Excellent computer skills required. CNA/MA or EMT and BLS required.
Patient Care Tech- Emergency: PRN, All shifts and weekends. 2 years’ experience as a unit secretary or patient care provider in an emergency setting required. EMT preferred. Must have basic knowledge of EKG, Phlebotomy, laceration techniques and splitting.
Insurance Verifier: Part-time, days. 3 years’ experience with medical insurance benefit verification and insurance payer precertification/authorization requirements required. Extensive knowledge of government and commercial insurance payment polices and requirements essential. Familiarity with diagnostic and/or surgical procedures in a hospital setting required.
Imaging Scheduler: PRN. 3 years’ experience scheduling diagnostic and radiology procedures in a hospital setting preferred. Knowledge of insurance verification preferred. Excellent computer and customer service skills required.
Cook: Full-time with varied shifts. High school degree or equivalent. 2 years scratch cooking experience required with strong culinary background. Must have an understanding of HCCP rules and requirements. Hospital/healthcare experience a plus.
Nutrition Services Attendant: Full-time with rotating weekends. High school degree or equivalent required. 1 year healthcare or restaurant food service experience required. Attendant is responsible for utilizing a wireless network to obtain food selections, delivering patient meals and assisting with food preparation. Food handlers certificate is required.
