Westlake Family Practice Clinic Manager: Full-time manager position. Clinic Manager must be able to interpret, develop, and enforce policies and procedures relative to Medicare and other state and federal regulations. The Clinic Manager must have knowledge of setting up and working within budget and be able to make decisions with little direction that may have an expansive effect on the Clinic. The Clinic Manager must have a general understanding of coding policies and procedures, as well as reimbursement practices, and how it relates to Clinic operating policies. The Clinic Manager must have the ability to examine business documents for accuracy and completeness and prepare records in accordance with detailed instructions. Knowledge of data management and ability to identify and describe data systems within an electronic medical record (EMR). The Clinic Manager must have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines and be able to work with all levels of management and staff and communicate effectively.
Physician- Westlake Family Practice: Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Texas license to join our established clinic located in Westlake Hills, Texas. Our new provider will add to an existing Family Medicine team of physicians that practice full-spectrum primary care. Competitive salaries with local market, plus a generous benefit package. Critical Care: Full-time, nights and PRN. 3-5 years ICU experience and ACLS required, CCRN preferred. Must be competent in the care of pulmonary, diabetic, post open heart, heart cath and critical care patients.
Surgery: Part-time, days with call. 2 years of circulating experience in orthopedics, gyn, urology and spine procedures required. Open heart experience a plus.
Emergency: Full-time, nights. 3-5 years emergency room or critical care experience required. Cardiology experience strongly preferred. BLS, ACLS and PALS required. TNCC or ENPC preferred.
Telemetry: Full-time days and nights. 2 years acute care telemetry or critical care experience required.
Imaging Supervisor: Full-time, evening. Minimum 2 yrs. supervisory experience in an acute care facility required. Must be proficient in CT and diagnostic radiology procedures. MRI experience preferred. ARRT, MRT and ACLS required.
MLT or MT: PRN. Generalist with 2 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory required. MT/MLT required. ASCP certified or equivalent.
CT/MRI Tech: Full-time days with call. ARRT, MRT with 5 years experience in an acute care setting required. Proficient in cross sectional anatomy in CT and MRI. CTA and x-ray experience a plus. Must have ability to work with little or no supervision at an off campus location.
Surgical Technologist: Full-time, days and PRN with rotating call. Certification with 2 years experience with emphasis on orthopedics/spine, cardiac/open hearts, urology, and plastics required.
Hand Therapist: PRN. OT or PT license, CHT certification and 5 years experience required.
Collector/Biller: Full-time, days. 2 years patient and hospital collections experience required. Extensive knowledge of insurance carrier claims payment policies, timely filing and appeal deadlines, appeals process, and overcoming insurance carrier stall tactics. Must have excellent customer service skills.
Medical Assistant-Innovative Physicians: Full-time, days. 3 years’ experience as a patient care provider in an outpatient clinic setting required. Certification or registration required. EClinicalWorks computer program experience a plus.
Patient Care Tech: PRN with varied shifts. 2 years’ experience as a patient care provider in an acute care setting required. BLS required. CNA/MA or EMT preferred.
