Patient Access Manager: Responsible for managing the day to day operations and supervision of all patient access functions. Must have extensive experience in insurance verification, registration, billing, collections and cashiering services. Acts as a super-user for the hospital’s health information system and provides training and education to hospital staff. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with members of the medical staff and their offices.
Manager of Health Information Management: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) required with a minimum of 2 years Medical Records management experience in a hospital or surgery center. Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the department including transcription services, chart assembly and analysis, coding, release of information and physician deficiencies.
Critical Care: Full-time, nights and PRN. 3-5 years ICU experience and ACLS required, CCRN preferred. Must be competent in the care of pulmonary, diabetic, post open heart, heart cath and critical care patients.
Surgery: Part-time, days with call. 2 years of circulating experience in orthopedics, gyn, urology and spine procedures required. Open heart experience a plus.
Emergency: Full-time, days and nights. 3-5 years emergency room or critical care experience required. Cardiology experience strongly preferred. BLS, ACLS and PALS required. TNCC or ENPC preferred.
Telemetry: Full-time and PRN, days and nights. 2 years acute care telemetry or critical care experience required.
MLT or MT: PRN. Generalist with 2 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory required. MT/MLT required. ASCP certified or equivalent.
Surgical Technologist: Full-time, days and PRN with rotating call. Certification with 2 years experience with emphasis on orthopedics/spine, cardiac/open hearts, urology, and plastics required.
Hand Therapist: PRN. OT or PT license, CHT certification and 5 years experience required.
Administrative Assistant/Marketing Rep: Full-time, days. Minimum 2 years experience in an office setting or marketing role required. Position responsible for greeting patients, marketing physicians and physician offices, and all clerical duties within the Administration department. Excellent written, oral and customer service skills required with ability to multi-task. Experience working with all Microsoft products including Publisher required.
Collector/Biller: Full-time, days. 2 years patient and hospital collections experience required. Extensive knowledge of insurance carrier claims payment policies, timely filing and appeal deadlines, appeals process, and overcoming insurance carrier stall tactics. Must have excellent customer service skills.
HIM Specialist: PRN with flexible schedule. High school graduate or equivalent. 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital medical records department required. Strong process management skills with experience in auditing charts a plus. Must be able to communicate appropriately with the public and with all levels of hospital staff. Responsible for recognizing numbers and filing medical records accurately.
Admission and ER Registrar: PRN with rotating weekends. 2 years emergency room registration or hospital admitting experience required. Knowledge of insurance payers and benefits/eligibility verification, charge entry, and medical record assembly required. Ability to prioritize work with excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure.
Rehab Registrar: Full-time, days. High school degree or equivalent. Prior front office experience required. Customer Service experience preferred.
Medical Assistant-Innovative Physicians: Full-time, days. 3 years’ experience as a patient care provider in an outpatient clinic setting required. Certification or registration required. EClinicalWorks computer program experience a plus.
Patient Care Tech: Full-time and PRN with varied shifts. 2 years’ experience as a patient care provider in an acute care setting required. BLS required. CNA/MA or EMT preferred.
Nutrition Department Supervisor: Full-time, supervisor position responsible for supervising the day to day operations of our Nutrition Services department, ordering and inventory, and supervising kitchen staff. High school degree and 3 years of food service supervisory experience required. Food Manager Certificate and Culinary Certificate preferred.
Cook: Full-time with varied shifts. High school degree or equivalent. 2 years scratch cooking experience required with strong culinary background. Must have an understanding of HCCP rules and requirements. Hospital/healthcare experience a plus.
