Electronic Posting of Notices and Posters

Due to an increase in the number of employees who work remotely and are not in the facility to view the contractor's physical postings on employee and applicant rights and the contractor's affirmative action obligations, contractors will be allowed (required) to post notices electronically for employees who work remotely.

§  EEO is the Law Poster:
www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/posters/pdf/eeopost.pdf

§  Applicants.
This poster must be "conspicuously stored" with, or as part of, an electronic application.

Contractors must ensure that every electronic applicant has an opportunity to view the poster during the application process. Contractors should have a prominent link to the poster on their webpage which all electronic applicants must access in order to apply for a job. The link must include an explanation of what it is connected to. For example, "EEO is the Law. Click here to view information on your protections under Federal Law from discrimination."
