Now hiring for the following positions:

 

Registered Nurse

Critical Care: Full-time and PRN, nights. 2-5 years ICU experience and ACLS required, CCRN preferred. Must be competent in the care of pulmonary, diabetic, heart cath and critical care patients.

Surgery: Full-time, part-time and PRN days with call. 2 years of circulating experience in orthopedics, spine and ENT procedures preferred.

PreOp/PACU: PRN, days with call. 2 years’ experience in PACU or ICU required. Must be competent in care of pre-op and post-op orthopedics, ENT and spine patients. Current BLS, ACLS and PALS required.

Short Stay: PRN, days with call. 2 years’ experience in PACU or ICU required. Must be competent in care of pre-op and post-op patients. Current BLS and ACLS required.

Allied Health 

Surgical Technologist: Full-time, days and PRN with rotating call. Certification with 2 years’ experience with emphasis on orthopedics/spine, ENT, and plastics required. BLS required.

MRI/CT Tech: Full-time, days. ARRT, MRT with 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting required. Proficient in all aspects of MRI and CT. Must have ability to work with little or no supervision.

Medical Technologist or MLT: PRN, all shifts. MS/MT/MLT with 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting required. Must meet all CLIA requirements. ASCP preferred.

Hand Therapist: PRN. OT or PT license, CHT certification and 5 years’ experience required.

Support

Sterile Processing Technician: Full time, evenings with rotating call. 1 year experience working in central sterile environment with knowledge of instrumentation, surgical supplies and sterile operations required. Scrub tech experience preferred.

Collector: Full-time, days. 3 years’ experience in hospital and/or medical collections required. Extensive knowledge of insurance carrier claims, payment policies, and timely filing and appeal deadlines required. Patient collections experience a must. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Cash Application Specialist: Full-time, days. 2 years’ experience posting and reconciling payments received via phone, mail, and lockbox daily. Daily reconciles time of service collections. Balances and maintains the integrity of petty cash bags ensuring change is available when needed. Prepares daily bank deposits. Posts account adjustments ensuring appropriate signature levels have been obtained. Prepares reimbursement check requests for payments received on site for ancillary professional services. Determines appropriate reimbursement distributions. Identifies and resolves credit balances created at the time of payment or adjustment posting.

Billing Specialist: Full-time, days. 3 years hospital UB billing experience with government and commercial payers required. Experience with carrier claims submission policies, secondary and workers compensation claims filing required. Must be familiar with timely filing and appeal deadlines, and insurance payer reimbursement methodology.

Registrar: PRN, weekends. One year patient admitting/registration experience required. Knowledge of insurance payers and benefits/eligibility verification, charge entry, and medical record assembly required. Ability to prioritize work with excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure.

HIM Specialist: Full-time, 7:30am-4:00pm. High school graduate or equivalent. 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital medical records department required. Strong process management skills with experience in auditing charts a plus. Must be able to communicate appropriately with the public and with all levels of hospital staff. Responsible for recognizing numbers and filing medical records accurately.

Patient Care Tech-Med/Surg: Full-time, nights. 2 years’ experience as a patient care provider in an acute care setting required. Excellent computer skills required. CNA/MA or EMT and BLS required.

Coffee Bar/Room Service Attendant: Full-time with varied shifts. High school degree or equivalent. Food service and customer service experience required.

Nutrition Services Attendant: Full-time with rotating weekends. High school degree or equivalent required. 1 year healthcare or restaurant food service experience required. Attendant is responsible for utilizing a wireless network to obtain food selections, delivering patient meals and assisting with food preparation. Food handler’s certificate is required.

Wellness Center Tech: PRN. 2 years high school required. Prefer high school graduate with basis awareness of physical fitness activities, anatomy, and physiology. Basic knowledge of all exercise equipment operation and maintenance provided by the Wellness Center.
